Responsibilities and Key Deliverables Preparation and Review of Monthly MIS Reports

• In-depth P and L analysis and review of expenses and accounting for prepaid expenses and provision for expenses.
• Preparation of various MIS for Operations and Dept. Heads
• Analysis of the following variances:
• Month on month.
• Year on year.
• Actual vs. Budget
• Quarter on quarter.
• Tracking of subsequent booking against provisions booked in the previous month.

Monitoring and Controlling of the internal control system.

• Ensure compliance with internal controls.
• Ensure all review evidences, working as mentioned in the RCM, are available and uploaded on the Controls Manager Portal.
• Team Management: Leading team and handling people scorecards.
• Stakeholder Management: Working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Driving statutory compliances (GST, TDS, and other statutes) and internal controls.
• Audits: Support internal, statutory audit, and group audits.
• Drive and lead process efficiency through automation and CI initiatives.
• Ensuring all accounts payable processes are in place and working effectively.
• Leading periodical vendor reconciliations and resolving open items.
• Compliance to company policies and SOA.
• Maintaining a repository of all supplier agreements.
• Ensure backup documentation for all invoices.
• MIS - Performance Dashboards & Review templates.Tax

• Indirect Tax compliances, GSTR1, GSTR3B, GSTR9, and GSTR9C. ITC Reconciliation and prepare advisory for 8 units in relation to GST.
• Direct tax compliances - TDS challan and TDS Return, ITR preparation and filing, Tax Audit preparation, and coordinate with tax auditor to complete the audit.
• Internal Audit - Coordinate with internal auditor for 8 branches and HO. Prepare MIS as per management requirement and publish on a weekly basis.
• Company Audit - Prepare balance sheet and coordinate with statutory auditor for company audit.
• SOP - Prepare SOP for Purchase, such as indent, PO, Gate Entry, and GRN, and also help to implement the Audit trail. Implement e-invoice in the company's software and provide training to all branches of the company.
