· Helped to diversify the business by introducing polymer chemistry to the company.

· Led Polymer Projects like PEKK, PEEK, PEK and PSU (Polysulfone) technically as well as commercially including Market survey, Literature Study, Standard operating Procedure (SOP), R&D Trials, etc.

· Led R&D Scientist team and developed PEKK and their 4 grades, PEEK at Lab-scale in the duration of March’24 to Jan’25.

· Led PEKK Project and Developed polymer successfully in pilot-plant production.

· Developed analysis method of Monomer of PEKK and interpreting analysis.

· Helped in organic products, by finding high margin products and high imported products which has more than 100 cr turnover by market survey.

· Forward integration of existing products.

• Developed specialty polymers (PEK, PEKK) including unfilled, carbon-filled, and glass-filled grades.
• Managed twin screw extrusion operations (ZSK-32 Mc18, ZSK-26).
• Oversaw PEK rod production (virgin and carbon-filled).
• Led new recipe development and product innovation.
• Supervised extruder-plant installation and gained hands-on experience with K-Tron feeding systems.

• Oversaw epoxy resin production and raw material handling.
• Managed raw material and finished goods inventory.
• Reported daily production to the General Manager.
• Troubleshot operational issues in production.

• Gained operational experience with reactors, dryers, and distillation columns.
• Worked in the sodium sulfate recovery unit.
