• Outstanding Breaks Investigation: Investigated and resolved issues with OTC derivative breaks, ensuring proper matching and allocation of Nostro breaks.
• OTC Products: Managed settlements for various OTC derivatives (CDS, IRS, XCY Swaps, Options).
• Collaboration: Coordinated with teams such as Static Data, Middle Office, Documentation, and clients to ensure accurate information in the processing database.
• Performance: Met Service Level Agreements (SLAs) across all processes consistently.

Cash Operations:

• Client and Internal Liaisons: Coordinated with clients and internal teams to resolve transaction issues promptly and cost-effectively.
• Risk Mitigation: Managed operational and reputational risk by escalating issues as needed.
• Trade Settlement: Ensured timely trade instruction, matching, and settlement.
• Fail Monitoring & Resolution: Reduced failing trades proactively, addressed Nostro and Depot reconciliation breaks, and monitored settlements.
• Client pay-outs: Verified and ensured timely cash pay-outs to clients, including dividends and interest.
• Suspense Account Management: Managed and reported breaks in suspense accounts, calculated brokerage accounts daily, and conducted daily clearing activities.

Securities Operations:

• Securities Break Investigation: Investigated and resolved both domestic and foreign securities breaks, preparing weekly reports on their resolution status.
• Regulation of Securities Breaks: Ensured weekly regulation of securities breaks.
• Break Resolution: Resolved brokerage, settlement, asset, and market securities breaks actively, and on a daily basis.
