The machine is used to bend a steel rod into curve other Curvature shape., Investigation of Friction Stir Welding of Al6061 Material, Friction Stir Welding is a relatively new solid-state joining Process. Main objective of this project work is to find this new joining process and optimization of parameter joint on aluminum material dimension 100 150 3mm. Three major factor level namely tool material, rotation speed and axial force. The uncontrollable ultimate tensile strength, percentage of elongation which can converted using Taguchi method.
