• WU+ is an online banking application initiative aimed at expanding Western Union's services in the European market by adding banking capabilities to its existing money transfer services.

Project : US Wallet

• US Wallet is an application by Western Union that enables cash payments through the digital wallet.

Responsibilities:

• Performed functional, system testing, regression testing as well as user acceptance testing.
• Conducted manual, UI, and API testing, as well as automation testing utilizing the Karate framework.
• Participated in peer reviews of test cases and scripts ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Utilized defect tracking tools such as JIRA to track issues reported during the QA process.
• Created detailed bug reports with steps to reproduce the issue along with screenshots when necessary.
• Worked closely with developers to analyze root cause of defects and provide solutions.
• Worked with Agile methodologies to accomplish project milestones and meet demanding timelines.
• Completed functional and regression tests on software and individual services.
• Implemented test plans and executed corresponding test cases for Salesforce applications.
