Contributed to the development of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Large Language Model (LLM)-based systems, with a strong emphasis on safety, reliability, and compliance. My work involved designing secure chatbot pipelines, implementing threat models using NeMo Guardrails, integrating Guardrails AI to enforce behavioral constraints, and optimizing prompt engineering for context-aware and policy-compliant responses. These internships have provided me with hands-on experience in adapting to professional environments, collaborating within agile teams, and delivering production-ready AI solutions under real-world constraints.

  • Company Overview: Iris Software Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is a global IT services and consulting company that provides a range of solutions to organizations across various industries. Their key areas of operation include software development, IT consulting, cloud services, quality services and testing. Established in 1993 the company currently employs close to 5000 working professionals and focuses on Banking and financial services, healthcare, retail and telecommunication as industry verticals.
  • As an intern my project focused on database management using SQL and python as key technologies. The used case involved creating a repository of frequently asked interview questions for both the interviewer and the interviewee. For the former a unique user profile was getting created using a sign on username and password. The interviewer could then access a central repository which had interview questions classified by the project type, skill involved, function, technology and frequency of the given question type. The interviewer could also add and modify questions to this repository which would first be vetted by a central administrator.
  • For the interviewee, it provided access to frequently asked interview questions which would help them get better prepared. Furthermore the interviewee could filter and access questions as per their own needs such as by project type, technology type most frequently asked etc.
