Project 1 – IBM

• Performed MACD activity on monthly basis for Several Vendors like Colt, OTEO, CenturyLink, GTT, AT&T, Vodafone, Verizon.
• Built Inventory with minimal errors and in the said time frame.
• Worked on Savings opportunities and have achieved personal and organization goals.

Project 2 – DIRECTV

• Locations normalization process and showcasing the sites in an enhanced manner.
• Understanding the Clients requirement about their data and then implementing it on Sakon’s template and make the Clients journey hassle free.
• Instructing team about Implementation Quality checklist, PDF invoices, Inventory Data Capture and share inputs on portfolio and process Enhancement.
• Attending Internal and Client call to share the update of our progress on weekly basis.
• Uploading data on the UI after final approval.
• After upload checks to be followed with the set of rules.

Project 3 – Asplundh

• Locations normalization process and showcasing the sites in an enhanced manner.
• Guiding the Team to build the Inventory as per the Clients requirements.
• Instructing team about Implementation Quality checklist, PDF invoices, Inventory Data Capture and share inputs on portfolio and process Enhancement.
• Attending Internal and Client call to share the update of our progress on weekly basis.
• Performing 2 Levels of Quality checks of the inventory built by the Implementation Analyst and make him/her understand if anything needs to be changed/updated.
• Leading the Project call with the Internal team to check about the roadblocks and how to improve the Inventory built process.
• Taking one on one sessions with the Analyst to understand their ideas or thoughts of making the data more presentable.
• Preparing presentations and giving it to the Client for a Final Go Live.
