• The Customer Communication Engine (CCE) was developed to meet the need for timely and accurate written confirmations for all types of orders placed with Bell, including services such as Bell Home Phone, Bell TV, and Bell Internet. This system allows customers to validate their orders easily, ensuring that the confirmation aligns with their understanding. Notifications are primarily delivered via email and SMS, enhancing customer satisfaction and trust.
• Role at Bell Canada:
• In my role on the CCE project, I was responsible for developing and implementing the notification system that provided timely confirmations for customer orders. I collaborated with stakeholders to gather requirements, ensuring the notifications met client needs. By coding backend services in Java and designing user-friendly interfaces with Angular, I enhanced the overall functionality and user experience. My contributions significantly improved the accuracy and efficiency of notifications, bolstering customer satisfaction.
• Responsibilities:
• End-to-End Notification Development: Led the creation of comprehensive notification systems from the ground up, tailoring each element to meet specific client requirements and ensuring a seamless user experience.

• As a Full Stack Developer at HMD Global, I am responsible for the comprehensive development and management of multiple applications. My role encompasses both front-end and back-end development, utilizing Angular for creating user interfaces and Java for backend services. I have practical experience with Microsoft Azure, which I leverage daily to implement automation processes using Azure Logic Apps and Power Automate, significantly enhancing operational efficiency.
