Accomplishments

  • Pulling up a decent growth from our Sales force as the assigned area had a non performing history.
  • Achieving the quickest turnaround for the onboarding of our brokers for better & quick results.
  • With my TPDSA team, we managed to shine bright attaining the Number One position pan India and retaining it consistently through and through generating & managing business of over INR 2400 Crs per annum through the Third Party Channels.
  • Mounting the TPDSA business penetration from approx 10% prior to me joining the fleet to approx 21% during my stint as the TPDSA Head.
  • 10 of my TPDSA's collected the Best DSA award in various categories at the All India TPDSA Meet organised at Goa in July 2022.
  • Under my leadership, my erstwhile branch at M.G. Road reflected a positive variance of around 25% year on year over the years.
  • With an average loan size of around Rs.45Lacs & the disbursements touching around Rs.1000 Cr annually, ours is one of the biggest functional branches across India.
  • While my stint at the Sec. 14 office of Gurgaon, we achieved a milestone of 273% against the set annual disbursement targets maintaining our delinquency ratios at the All India lowest figures of lesser than 0.5% of our loan portfolio.
  • Having worked at Gurgaon, our disbursement achievements have always been flared with our constant retention of the PAN India top three positions in the cross sell products of our group companies viz. HDFC Life & HDFC Ergo General Insurance giving me opportunities to win all paid trips to Singapore & Thailand.
  • While being at Varanasi as the Branch Manager, we managed to overturn the negative performance of the branch to a positive growth of 18% & then over the years the growth reflected new positive patterns of growth.
  • As a confirmed employee of HDFC post my stint as a Management Trainee, my Credit Appraisal & Leadership Skills were highly appreciated across the Branch because of which I was offered to move to Varanasi as the Branch Manager and was youngest one PAN India to be opportune with the challenge of heading a running branch.
