- Strategy and Planning: Work closely with management and plan the categories of product to be launched in the design range for upcoming season based on market feedback, Research work. To share the outlook of the project with juniors and work coordinately with them on Design Concepts, Color Schemes, Fashion Forecasts, Mood boards and Design Development. - Design and Development: Carry out rigorous product research and analyze functional, commercial constraints of design and accordingly develop designs for periodic range. Create visual ideas and produce design by Hand or Computer aided design (CAD). Prepare presentations, plans, samples and models to communicate design concepts to management and sales team. Determine the objectives and constraints of design brief by consulting stakeholders and undertake the themes and constraints of the design brief by clients.
- Production Process Involvement: Formulate Technical Sheets for production process. Ensure the PP samples fit to the criteria of a product look, and specifications.
