Job Responsibility-

• Maintaining the database of student information, call logs and student feedback to generate weekly/monthly reports for management
• Analyze the applications of prospective students based on standard admission policies
• Organizing interviews for students to understand their objectives and background and provide clarifications to students' queries in a professional manner
• Advising students about the programs offered, admission procedure, eligibility, and costs involved and aiding the students to complete the enrolment process
• Arrange orientation programs and educational workshops for students
• Developing innovative communication strategies, selling strategies for different programs, and designing enrollment plans in coordination with the reporting authority to increase the number of admissions
• Participate in all relevant events, open houses, career fairs, information sessions, exhibitions, school visits, and off-campus events
• Provide support to the Admission Head, execute, and accomplish any and every task assigned by him.

Job Responsibility-

• i. Vedantu uses the software name Cloud Agent where I use to check if the agents are having any problems and I use to solve them by checking and updating the system.
• I use to pull out the daily productivity report every 2hrs.
• I use to give training to the newly joined employee that how to use cloud agents.
• Vedantu also uses Lead squared where every morning I use to transfer lead to each of the TL buckets.
• Looking into enrolments as well as checking the enrolment stages.

Achievements-

• Since I know Excel they transfer me to the MIS team, where I was a Quick learner and I use to help all the agents while maintaining my work in a proper way

Job Responsibility-

• I use to counsel students through phone calls about Vedantu and suggest them the suitable courses.
• I had done more than 110 calls per day and given them the best talk time.

Achievement-

• I was a V achiever of Vedantu in the month of August, where I achieve 120%.

Job Responsibilities-

• I use to counsel the student who will comes to college for admission and I had to suggest to them the courses they will take according to their interest.
• Xcelerator runs the BSC-IT in Machine Learning, Block Chain, Internet of things, Software Engineering & Development operations, whereas Techno India University runs the B-Tech in computer science, Electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, Civil engineering, etc. I had to counsel the students why they will take BSC-IT and why not B-tech with the facility and features of both.

Achievements-

• My target was to Admit 30 student where I admit 35 students.
