• Overall responsible for execution and management of ECE (Early Childhood Education) scaled program design at district level.
• Ensuring 1700+ co-located AWCs transform into Model Anganwadi Centres in Barabanki district.
• Ensuring augmenting skills to the AWWs for enhanced classroom practices.
• Building relationship and providing guide to District Magistrate, District officials (DEO and DPOs) to set up program management and monitoring system for ECE execution.
• Support in development and management of project monitoring dashboard.
• Ensuring timely conduct of capacity building of DRGs/ District Trainers on ECE and SEL.

EDUCATION:

• Responsible for capacity building of 300+ teachers of 100+ schools distributed across Lamgarah, Almora(Uttarakhand) block directly impacting 2000+ students in primary and upper primary schools
• Enabling capacity building by orchestrating multimodal engagements such as hybrid and voluntary workshops, Voluntary Teachers Forum(VTF), short courses, and book fairs.
• Designing curriculum of engagements interlinking perspective, content(language and mathematics) and, pedagogy processes.
• Responsible for facilitating sessions, preparing modules, and completing documentation for all engagements.
• Liaison with teachers and functionaries like BEO, CRCs etc., to ensure enhanced quality of education.
• Focusing on building foundational literacy and numeracy (FLN) to replenish learning gap created due to COVID pandemic.
• Facilitated 6 workshops at CRC level on NIPUN Bharat and 100 days reading orientation workshops.

HEALTH:

• As a Community Health Centre(CHC) in charge of Lamgarah block(Almora, Uttarakhand), managed a team of 40+ people comprising volunteers, Community Health Workers(CHW), and data entry operators to collect vaccination status for approximately 42 thousand people of 218 villages in Lamgarah block.
• Digitalized the data collected via door-to-door surveys through VaxIT application (launched by the foundation) and utilized the same to achieve a milestone of 98% vaccination in Lamgarah block within nine months, i.e., from May 2021 to January 2022
• Designed vaccination program proposal for Lamgarah block involving strategy planning, budgeting, and resource management
• Maintained suited coordination on a day-to-day basis with the health department, ASHA ANMs, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth vaccination in Lamgarah block

• Organized community classes to bring children back to the mainstream to recover learning loss that happened due to COVID 19 pandemic
• Executed rigorous teaching practices to build a deeper understanding of the intrinsic nature of public education as well as the society
• Worked in the subject area of mathematics and language with the students of grades 1-5 to gather classroom experience, identify weaknesses and strengths of the pedagogical ecosystem, and further utilize the knowledge accumulated as a crucial tool for enhancing teaching methodology and community perspective
• As part of the Early Language and Early Mathematics(ELEM) program, an initiative of the Uttarakhand government for capacity building of government school teachers, prepared session plans, co-facilitated, and executed documentation of the sessions

• Managed project "Developing life skill through Art" with the aim of holistic approach of education to equip adolescents with necessary skills to create opportunity for sustainable careers.
• Helped in developing critical thinking, personality development, and leadership skills of children and equipped them with the requisite skill sets to increase their exposure to the global community and pave the way for further specialized training to counsel them on career opportunities in creative fields.
• Built essential connections with the education department, principals, and community for the life skill development of children.
• Responsible for monitoring and evaluation of ongoing project and impact assessment.

ADOLOSCENT FRIENDLY WARD

• Provided life skill training to the children from economically backward families
• Formed peer groups, conducted awareness programs in the communities, helped them to become 'Peer Leader' of community with the objective of making an 'Adolescent Friendly Ward'.
• Conducted for life skill training of 5 wards of Kolkata Municipal Corporation(KMC), constituting 100+ adolescent
• Led career counseling with adolescent boys and girls through aspiration mapping and placed them in skill projects driven by the foundation.
• Liaisoning with the CDPO, members of CPC, and other stakeholders to engage them in dialogue for creating an adolescent-friendly ward
• Provided training on Juvenile Justice Act, POCSO Act, Child marriage prohibition act to the community.

• Worked on psychological assessment and therapeutic services through 1:1 counseling
• Facilitated supportive and psychotherapy services and counseling
• Assisted and planned essential case management and treatment programs

• Evaluated and provided treatment planning and crisis intervention for those with psychological disorder.
