HEALTH:

  • As a Community Health Centre(CHC) in charge of Lamgarah block(Almora, Uttarakhand), managed a team of 40+ people comprising volunteers, Community Health Workers(CHW), and data entry operators to collect vaccination status for approximately 42 thousand people of 218 villages in Lamgarah block.
  • Digitalized the data collected via door-to-door surveys through VaxIT application (launched by the foundation) and utilized the same to achieve a milestone of 98% vaccination in Lamgarah block within nine months, i.e., from May 2021 to January 2022
  • Designed vaccination program proposal for Lamgarah block involving strategy planning, budgeting, and resource management
  • Maintained suited coordination on a day-to-day basis with the health department, ASHA ANMs, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth vaccination in Lamgarah block
