Rejuvenation of Client Onboarding process

• Conduct Business process analysis and identify critical issues and gaps for established Client Onboarding processes
• Develop roadmap for short- and long-term work, manage prioritization.
• Work with stake holders to design roadmap for existing client migration to new platform.
• Work with Subject Matter Experts and Managers for impact analysis.
• Publishing Risk and Scope documents targeting Client Onboarding process adhere to Risk and Compliance.
• Understanding and Implementing customer data security strategy adhering to Data protection and Privacy Regulations like GDPR.
• To prepare Test Plan for testing team targeting Functional and End to End testing.
• Training new joiners for giving functional knowledge related to project

• Understanding requirements and functional specifications of application.
• Attending Sprint planning meetings and daily Scrum calls with scrum teams.
• Designing test scenarios and test cases for testing different products and services under application
• Performed manual and automated testing (Selenium & QTP) and logging defects using defect management/test management tools like ALM/JIRA. Conducting Internal test cases reviews with team.
• Performing Functional and Regression testing.
• Automating test cases using QTP (Writing BPTs).
• Manual API testing using SOAP UI, Rest Client, Postman.

Project Description :

Maintenance and Support Project for different instances of Siebel for clients like BOA, BP, Circuit City, Mckesson, Unisys and Prudential used at Hewitt Associates, Navi Mumbai. Based on onsite requirement enhancements are analyzed, customized and tested at offshore in Siebel Application and implemented at client place. This is an ongoing project.
