• Working on New Day Activity and cleanup activity.

• Hold or Release the Job.

• Performing ADHOC request.

• Performing Release activities every month.

• Pre-trigger the jobs if incase any request from development team.

• Ordering Jobs, working with Control-M tool.

• Reporting the Abends as per Criticality to Concern Team.

• Interaction with the business and users to analyse the exact requirement and identifying the changes required in the environment

• Creating Changes for schedule changes in permanent basis.

• Documenting the Daily Reports, Updating the Trackers and Reporting to SME and Managers and Floor Managers every day.

• Identifying, resolving and escalating job failures, problems, application and system alerts that could impact the timely completion of batch schedules critical path and impact business.

• System Health Check, Performance activities, monitoring Jobs in Production, development environment.

• Restart or Re-Run the Job

• Cancel or Force Complete the jobs

• Hold or Release the Job.

• Performing ADHOC request (Adding a job)

• Pre-trigger the jobs if incase any request from development team

• Monitoring the late queue and Long duration batch jobs

• Monitoring the Spool Volume at regular intervals.

• Monitoring the CPU load at all the Agent status.

• Determining the proper course of action to be taken in the event of job abends.

• Monitoring CAWA jobs failures and execution.

• Scheduling Jobs, working with CA workload automation tool.

• Reporting the Abends as per Criticality to Concern Team.

• CAWA – Monitoring and scheduling Jobs.

• Documenting the Reports in Tracker as a Daily process.

• Ensure that the SLA is met.
