- Communities mobile app is used mostly by the big research companies where they want to gather as much information from their user as possible.
- White labeled app architecture : We have created a infrastructure for the mobile app in such a way that if clients want to have their own branding for the mobile we can simply add certain properties to the new app and make minor modifications and we can have a brand new mobile app with client's branding all over the app.
- We have created a app infrastructure which will help the research communities to gather intel about their customer's likes/dislikes. We have features like online polls, surveys, push notifications, and everything is synced with the Admin portal on the website, all the Panel settings are synced every time user opens the mobile app.
- We have features like auto-logout , where if panel admin removes some user from the panel they will be automatically logged out from the mobile app.
- Location based surveys - This is the most used feature in the app, if admin wants to send a survey to the app user when they enter in a specified location they can simply add survey details to the portal and the app will continue to scan for location, once user enters in the specified location range it will send a notification to the user with survey link, once user clicks on the notification, app will navigate to survey screen where user can answer the survey. This feature is helpful for the communities/clients who wants to send surveys to user when they are some shopping malls where the clients have showcased their products and they can get feedback about the product right away.
