Title: Enhancing Operational Efficiency and Reducing Carbon Footprint in
Pune’s Urban Mobility: A Data-Driven Study of Electric Cab Fleets.

• Conducted real-world operational analysis of electric cab fleet data,
  including trip duration, distance, energy consumption, and charging
  downtime.
• Performed GIS-based Origin–Destination (OD) mapping and route
  rationalization to identify operational inefficiencies and improve fleet
  performance.
• Developed trip efficiency mapping by analyzing distance, time, and
  energy consumption to evaluate operational performance across routes.
• Created spatial efficiency maps to identify high-efficiency and lowefficiency
  trip corridors for fleet optimization.
• Developed data-driven models to evaluate fleet utilization, energy
  efficiency, and emission reduction potential.
• Proposed policy and infrastructure recommendations to support fleet
  electrification and low-carbon urban mobility.
• Integrated qualitative interviews with fleet operators and quantitative
  analysis using Excel and GIS tools for decision-support modelling.

• Conducted GIS-based multimodal transport analysis (road, rail, air, water, bus networks).
• Prepared thematic maps & accessibility analysis including NH connectivity, ring road impact, and transit coverage.
• Performed buffer analysis (1 km & 3 km) to assess road influence on settlements.
• Identified Varanasi as a regional transport hub and proposed mobility strategies (junction improvement, multimodal integration).

   Igatpuri 2047 

• Conducted GIS-based social infrastructure analysis (education, healthcare, recreation, public facilities).
• Performed gap & buffer analysis to identify underserved areas as per URDPFI norms.
• Assessed existing facility distribution and accessibility across Igatpuri.
• Proposed future infrastructure plan (2047) including schools, parks, healthcare, and community facilities based on population projections.
