- Successfully managed many transformations some of which are as follows:
- Being a part of the Apex committee of the Consumer Business of Voltas Limited and helping it transform from a loss-making division for over a decade to one of the most profitable consumer brands with the highest market share in the Company. During the tenure, I have also taken up the additional role as SCM and Logistics head to transform the entire function and make it extremely agile and nimble.
- Transformed the newly acquired Company of the Domestics Projects Business of Voltas from a highly loss-making entity to a highly profitable entity
- Lead and initiated the entire global banking consolidation of the International operation of Voltas Ltd thus ensuring better liquidity management resulting in interest savings of over 300 bps.
- Led the Bajaj Electrical Transformation journey over the last 3 years by helping it become debt-free, improving in systems, structures, and processes, introducing innovative financial products, managing investor relationships, etc., and hence garnering a 4 X market cap in just 3 years.
