Projects: Heavy Transportation Vehicle (Goldhofer, Germany), Truck Body Industries (Wabash National, USA), Hydraulic Cylinder.
Project: Construction of mainframe design for a 6-axle bogie and low-profile telescopic deck.
- Creation of GA drawings (proposal drawings) with different trailer combinations for the sales department, 6-axle bogie modeled with a top-down approach (skeleton modeling).
- Conversion of a 5-axle modular trailer with a wheelbase of 1500 mm to an 8-axle, 6-axle, or 4-axle modular trailer with a 1650 mm wheelbase.
- Formulated a checklist based on customer guidance, and constructed a manufacturing model and drawings.
Project: Conversion of Mechanical Ramp from 50T to Hydraulic-Actuated Ramp 80T.
- Primarily focused on two concepts related to construction, utilizing an existing 50t mechanical ramp to create an 80t hydraulic ramp.
- Designed a hydraulic ramp featuring cross tubes, following a top-down approach, and performed FEA analysis for load-bearing capacity and deflection with Creo Simulate.
- Revalidates F.E.A. input remodeled with sheet metal instead of cross tubes.
- Released drawings for production with customer approval.
Project: Design optimization of a 16-foot reefer truck body, executed at the client location in the U.S.A.
- Aid for the client in revising the existing 16-foot reefer truck body assembly and components related to material adjustments (transformed material for main bodies from steel/aluminum to composite structures).
- Design/Technical Documentation using Product Data Management activities.
- Developed vehicle body models and manufacturing drawings according to the updated vehicle structure.
