Used Python-based analytics-driven insights, correlation, duplication, and user rules to implement an intelligent alert management system that worked in sync with the central ITSM tool (ServiceNow) to create an AIOps closed-loop system.
Designed a solution to transform Oracle DB provisioning from a manual OEM console-based approach to an efficient, fully automated ITSM task-driven use case, using Oracle command line functions.
