  • Currently acting as a client onboarding for the PMS Client Servicing team
  • I do custody and PMS account opening forms filling
  • Individual and NRI clients bank, demat, and PMS accounts, as well as broking account opening and coordinating with the custody team if there are any queries when account opening forms
  • I do client KYC verification is done by video KYC or face-to-face verification
  • Also, I do client CVL KRA data modification and fetch client data from CVL KRA site for account opening purpose
  • I do prepare an internal MIS report
  • Once the client is onboard, then I do his PMS agreement is scanned and saved in the respective client folder
  • I handle clients queries by email and calls
  • If any client reports are required, then I send the client report to the client's registered ID (e.g., capital gain, transaction statement, audited statements, etc.)
