• Perform 3D modeling, integration, and creation of manufacturing-compliant drawings, BOM, and ECN documentation.
• Develop DMU (MAT A, B, and C) models to ensure seamless digital mock-up integration.
• Define new proposals for ATA53 structural brackets, optimizing design for performance and manufacturability.
• Design and develop primary and secondary structures, ensuring compliance with stress and surrounding data requirements.
• Select and define compatible fasteners and installation methods for both primary and secondary structures.

• Re-mastering of solid dump to parametric models.
• Creating total wing CAD assembly from scratch.
• Experience in CAD software increases system efficiency and helps to meet on-time delivery.
• Responsible for modelling, checking and on time delivery.

Project: 747-8

Client: Boeing

• Legacy conversion of Boeing 747-8 structural components and assemblies of entire aircraft as per customer input and guidelines to modify domestic aircraft to cargo aircraft.
• Converting 2D Mylar drawing in to 3D CAD models with Auto-CAD Raster tracing technique.
• Creating level wise assemblies in aircraft global location from scratch.
• Creating bill of material.
• Responsible for modelling, checking and on-delivery.
• Data management with Enovia PLM.
• Brainstormed with product designers to implement and refine new manufacturing processes.
