- Led multidisciplinary team in Rotary Vacuum Filter project - Capex 500K USD. This resulted in reduction of 12 FTE's and savings of 200K USD/Year
- Led multidisciplinary team in design and execution of Maize Silo project involving Capex of 6 MUSD combined. Project involves installation of 3 X 6000T maize silo and 2 X flatbed warehouses in two manufacturing facilities. This project will result in combined savings of 1.46MUSD/Year.
- Managing capacity enhancement project of Maltodextrin to increase packing capacity from 18000 T/year to 54000T/year. Complex brownfield project involving study of various packing machines, design study and minimizing downtime during execution. Capex - 3MUSD.
- Introduced and established 3D modelling practices including hiring specialist designers and purchase of 3D modeling software AutoCAD plant 3D. Standardized and established piping specifications for Indian operations.
- Building and maintaining alignment across multiple teams to focus on execution, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
