Supply Chain Planning & OMP (OPR) Expertise

• Responsible for providing solutions in collaboration with OMP by gathering and analysing information from Concurrent Planners and Supply Analysts.
• Working on various platforms to enhance accuracy by parameter validation & right strategy mapping, reducing planning Hrs through implementation of diverse improvements.
• Led long-term production planning for North America, Canada, and NAF, achieving a SKU accuracy in OMP.
• Successfully ensured balanced demand and inventory across three GMI locations and five ESC sites.
• Ensuring OMP GDM table is updated as per business needs.
• Identify OMP-related system issues and collaborate with the technical team to resolve them in a timely manner.
• Responsible for resolving tickets raised by various stakeholders related to OMP and SAP.
• Enhanced collaboration with Deployment and Demand Planning teams, fostering seamless coordination and enabling the successful implementation of strategies within the OMP platform, resulting in optimized operations and strategic alignment.
• Successfully implemented the Collective modelling project for Processing and packaging lines constraints, thereby giving CSP and plant planners the visibility of both the processing and packaging hours consumed for planning.
• Learned advanced capabilities such as Campaign planning, process constraints, etc.
• Successfully implemented the new TNT pizza business last year, thereby giving CSP and plant planners the visibility, also handling the part of Snacks -soft bake business.

Improvement Projects:

• Reduce inventory turns from 3 months to 1 month by tracking lagging work order.
• Calculate manufacturing capacity by using by data analysis of time study and work study.
• Implements as material requirements, planning systems, work-in-process tracking, material and labour variance controls, and manufacturing performance reporting.
• Manage the monthly purchase requirement and supply material planning.
• Monitoring sheets and Gantt chart of export, OEM dispatches and packing.

Key role and responsibility:

• Run MRP system to plan master production schedule base on sales forecast in SAP, production capacities, inventory polices and lead time.
• Responsible for implementation of the company's production control functions including master scheduling, production planning/coordination, shop floor scheduling, and dispatch.
• Generation of production plans based on capacity, materials, and manpower.
• Monitored all production processes to ensure that all procedures for inventory movement and control is being followed.
• Scheduled of 6 different departments, responsible for shipping, inventory control, and purchasing.
• Periodic review of MTS/ MTO order classification & update in ERP.

• Create production schedule and priorities job order for production optimization.
• Interact with shop floor managers on daily basis to resolve issues regarding manufacturing efficiencies or additional information as request from manufacturing.
• Responsible for all bid authorizations and quotes for new projects & possibilities.
• Lead the implementation of the Kaizen process.
• Use of MRP scheduling system for the production and packaging departments.
• Knowledge: Manpower Handling, Material Requirement Planning, ERP Software, Estimate Timeline.
• Responsible for making daily production plan.
• Analysed workflow & plan & schedule customer base on the material availability machine capacity & constraint.
• Review reports for stock outs & expediting open orders delivery.
