Projects And Initiatives

  • Company Owned PTL model, 01/01/24, Designed and executed Company owned Part Truck load model. Dispatched 100+ vehicles from company's two Marketplace model. Which helped to reduce Cost per Kilo (CPK) by 3-5rs for qty of 800MT. Increased reliability of on time dispatch for lower qty of material, also it helped other farmers, loaders to send their low qty material on time.
  • B2R (Business to Retail model), 04/01/23, Launched B2R model in Bangalore, Hyderabad and Managed entire supply chain for this. In Bangalore expanded on 40+ routes and in Hyderabad 15+ routes. In both cities entire inventory managed through single warehouse in each city. Developed processes according to fruit type for loading, unloading, returns, and Feedback mechanism. Achieved 85% on time delivery with Damage percentage less than 3% from high of 8%.
  • Benchmarking - Operation and Quality, 06/01/23, Launched Cost Benchmarking process for primarily for logistics then fruit quality parameters included. Carried out Benchmarking activity across India in 15 demand cities and 50+ supply locations. Developed the process for this and made it BAU.
  • Satellite Mandi model, 01/01/22, Launched Satellite Mandi to boost volume of Main Marketplace for Pomegranate, Orange, Mango in MH, RJ, GJ, TS State. Designed process from in warding material to arrival in Main Mandi. Hired 15+ 1OMT capacity vehicles to manage the movement. Created Real Time visibility to farmers of their material till auction gets over.
  • Network Designed for Non-fruit Inventory(NFI) movement, 04/01/21, Cost reduced by 80% in Banana, Guava Export NFI movement. Network designed for reverse crate model for orange, Pomo, imported fruits within MH, KA, TN. Cost reduced by 1-2 rs CPK.
  • Market Linkage for Farmers, FPO's, 12/01/20, Started direct sourcing from Farmers', FPO's under market linkage project instead of vendor sourcing. Initiated in Maharashtra then expanded to Gujarat, Rajasthan.
  • Sales through Delivery Agent, 12/01/19, First time ever model implemented in AgroStar also Trained Last mile delivery partners to generate lead and convert them into sale. Achieved 3cr sale within 6 months period.
