Description -

Retail Financial Service is an Applications Service Provider (ASP) banking solution offering to the Canadian credit union client base. Many credit unions in Canada use this banking product and CGI is required to provide functional enhancements / maintenance updates to the RFS application periodically.

Roles and Responsibilities -

• Coordinated with the project team lead to understand the client requirements.
• Involved in coding and ensuring the quality of deliverables through the performance of unit testing and code reviews of completed development work.
• Participated in team meetings and updated the progress of the work being done.
• Conducting and participating in peer code reviews.
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation.
• Collaborating with QA teams to ensure software quality.

Project : ATT_Turquoise_Agile

Technologies - C, C++, STL, Multi-threading.

Products - BGW210, BGW320-500(humax), BGW320-505(nokia).

Domain - Networking

Description -

The AT&T is the networking-related protocols between the L2 and L3. Having the two products BGW210-700 (copper), BGW320-500 (Humax), and BGW320-505 (Nokia) with various topologies using the CLI, GUI, and TR-069. These will run on the Software Residential Gateways.

Roles and Responsibilities -

• Working Knowledge in Capgemini Engineering
  (Aricent) Product -AT&T Residential Gateway.
• Having good understanding of Networking domain.
• Leveraged proficiency in C, C++, STL, Multi-threading and data structure.
• Working Knowledge of TR069, CLI, GUI.
• Validating the bug fixes and by performing the unit testing.
• Reproduce the customer reported issues locally for debugging.
• Fixing software-related crashes in various modules.
• Analysing the core dumps and memory leaks and solving the issues.
• Having a good experience in debugging code and resolving the bugs.
• Implement code changes as per coding guidelines.
• Experience in working environment like Spirent Test Center, MobaXterm, Putty and Wireshark.
• Testing Hardware Products like BGW210, BGW320-500/505.
