Roles & Responsibilities:

• Working in a Agile sprint methodology as a core performance tester & engineer across multiple applications & backend
• Requirements gathering for product modules & applications, from Dev & project management team during release
• Creating test plan & test strategies for applications to suit the requirements of the product/release
• Developing scripts & executing tests using Gatling tool
• Execute different types of Stress & Load tests to find the best performance & help team with suited hardware
  requirements for the Application
• Performance tests execution in Cloud platform with Open shift containers
• Execute different types of tests to capture the server statistics & application metrics
• Run Heap Dump Analysis & Thread dump analysis on the server in need basis to find RCA & performance bottlenecks
• Collect all server & DB statistics during each test to find the system CPU, Memory, I/O, Threads information
• Generate Reports & Preparing a detailed performance/scale test report with all the summary, observations & server details. Presenting reports in confluence for helping Project team
• Interacting actively with Dev, Functional, Ops & Prod teams to get their inputs & improve the performance/scale test coverage

Project: Commercial Service Platform

Tools: Pivotal Cloud Foundry, Load runner (Protocols - Web Services), App Dynamics, Udeploy, Parasoft Virtualize, SOAP UI, Postman, ARC, NSG, AWR analysis

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Gathering NFRs of various Microservices and analyzing production logs to derive work load model for every release
• Deploying manual and UDeploy builds in collaboration with the developers
• Developing test scripts using VuGen -Web services protocol
• Designing and configuring backend stubs using Parasoft Virtualize
• Designing scenarios and conducting various test executions(load tests, endurance tests, scalability tests
• Conducting scalability tests with multiple configurations for Elastic search and Active MQ to derive the best suitable environment configurations in production systems
• Analyzing test results, thread dumps and DB statistics (AWR) to identify performance issues and suggesting additional diagnostic steps to uncover performance issues
• Providing Performance Test report to the stakeholders

Project : Digital First

Tools: Load runner (Protocols - Web Http/Html, TruClient), App Dynamics, Parasoft Virtualize, SOAP UI, Postman, NSG, Pingdom, Webpage test, Fiddler

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Gathered NFRs using Rally, Analyzed application logs using App Dynamics to derive workload model
• Designed and developed performance test scripts for HTTP/HTML and TruClient protocols
• Developed and configured backend stubs for various requests using Parasoft Virtualize
• Conducted various test executions like load test, capacity test and Endurance test to identify the system break points and behavior
• Monitored the performance of the application servers using App Dynamics and NSG
• Identified performance issues from client-side and provided recommendations to optimize performance
• Provided performance test reports by analyzing the test results

Project : Business Customer portal

• Gathered NFRs for performance testing and created test plan
• Analyzed application logs and events using App dynamics

• Designed and executed multiple load tests, volume tests, stress tests and monitored the application performance using AppDynamics
• Provided recommendations to developers for performance optimization
• Analyzed the test results, logs and provided observations and recommendations for better performance of the application
