Key Responsibilities
Leading Operational Excellence and the Guest Experience:
Role models expected behavior and coaches’ team on hospitality standards
Ensures all the restaurant meets safety, sanitation and cleanliness standards as per company expectations
Sets the standards to ensure the team handles all Guest concerns in a timely and sustainable manner
Empowers the team to satisfy Guest needs and resolve concerns
Removes barriers to delivering Hospitality behaviors
Handling Full Operations of Multiple outlets & ensuring smooth operations across all the Restaurant in multiple cities, resolving Maintenance Issues, New
restaurant opening, preparing HTR, Special menu for special occasion
Coordinating with the support functions (maintenance, stores, and kitchen) in order to provide hassle-free operation
Responsible for proper allocation (scheduling) of manpower as per MPM
Responsible for ensuring mandate success within specified Turn-around-time (TAT)
For preparing MIS, reports, and formats for Circle & Region
Ability to identify inefficiencies and areas of improvement within kitchen operations and to implement process to increase efficiency, reduce waste and
improve quality

Have a complete eye on each cost line and monitor each line restaurant wise to maintain the annual business plan lines
Constant monitoring and reviewing the same with all direct reports and prepare the GAP analysis and guide them to maintain the lines
Ensure that all restaurants in the circle maintain these lines and facilitate them to earn bottom line incentive
Budgeting & Forecasting
Responsible for preparing operational budgets for all restaurants in region
Responsible for ordering and maintaining the stock, using historical data and other forecasting methods
Ensuring minimal wastage, well within the limits specified by the company
Responsible for setting up & achieving monthly sales targets of all the cafes across city
Responsible for helping the marketing dept
With possible corporate tie-up and other promotional activities in-order to increase the sale.
