Tenshi Kaista Pvt Ltdis a technology-driven company specializing in Healthcare and life sciences innovation. As part of their data strategy, they rely on Looker for business intelligence (BI) solutions to drive data-informed decision-making.

Tenshi Kaista, the focus might be on creating robust data models and visualizations to provide actionable insights into various business functions such as supply chain management, product performance, and financial analytics. The developer is responsible for building and maintaining LookML models, designing efficient data workflows, and delivering user-friendly dashboards. These insights help teams across the company monitor key metrics, optimize operations, and improve overall performance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Ø Designing, developing, and maintaining Looker BI reports, dashboards, and data models for global calcium projects and initiatives.

Ø Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements, data sources, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to create insightful visualizations and reports.

Ø Building efficient and optimized data models using Power BI Desktop and implementing data transformations, calculations, and measures to support complex reporting requirements.

Ø Conducting performance tuning and optimization techniques, such as query optimization and data compression, to enhance report loading times and overall system efficiency.

Ø Creating interactive and user-friendly dashboards that enable end-users to explore data, drill down into details, and make informed decisions.

Ø Applying data visualization best practices to present data in a compelling and understandable manner, utilizing charts, graphs, maps, and other visual elements.

Ø Adhering to data governance policies and ensuring compliance with data security and privacy regulations, including implementing role-based security and managing access controls.

Ø Staying updated with the latest Power BI features, techniques, and best practices, and proactively suggesting improvements to existing reports and processes.
