Resonsibilities:
· Supervise the receiving of products and ensure that the proper paperwork is completed.
· Studying the features of all products on offer.
· Arranging stock in a manner that is both visually appealing and allows ease of movement.
· Develop and implement sales strategies
· Respond to customer inquiries, providing detailed information
· Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and efficiently.
· troubleshooting and resolving customer’s service and repair issues
· Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
· Review inventory for product rotation on a daily basis to prevent shrinkage and damages.
· Process cash and credit transactions accurately and dealing with customer refunds.
· Taking of billing and accounts
· Coordinate daily staffing and staffing schedules
· Train employees in job responsibilities
· Stay updated on new products, services, and market trends to provide accurate and current information to clients.
· Diagnose hardware and software issues accurately and efficiently.
· Repair and replace damaged components such as screens, batteries, charging ports, and cameras.
· Test repaired devices to ensure functionality and quality standards are met.
