Zoho FeedbackCenter (Partially Released): Engineered a customizable feedback platform, allowing companies to gather and analyze employee feedback on office facilities, software, vendors, travel, and food services.
Designed and implemented scalable, high-performance solutions, ensuring seamless integration of Zoho FeedbackCenter with other Zoho products.
Built REST APIs and optimized database queries, ensuring high performance and scalability to support thousands of concurrent users.
Built a modular table configuration system, allowing admins to define custom fields, data types, and relationships dynamically without code changes.
Collaborated cross-functionally with product managers, UX designers, and QA teams to optimize user experience and ensure a smooth product rollout.
Implemented OAuth 2.0 authentication and role-based access control (RBAC) for secure user management.
Improved system performance by using Redis caching, and optimized database design.
Patented the implementation of ZH027 Multi-DC Sync technology to enhance marketplace operations, and it is patented.
