• As a Lead, I provided guidance, helping the team build optimized solutions and delivering the final design. I ensured that the team remained aligned with our plans, driving transparency and consistency in our approach. Developers were also asked to add TDDs(technical details documentation) for each ticket to ensure all details were clearly communicated to other team members, enabling smooth handoffs and reducing the risk of miscommunication or errors.
• I was also responsible for engaging with business counterparts with IT BSAs to ensure alignment and clarity on requirements. My key responsibilities included:
• 1. Driving clarity on requirements where any use cases that were not fully addressed during initial grooming sessions.
• 2. Pushing back on proposals where a different, configurable approach could provide a more efficient solution, or where certain needs were already met by existing system capabilities.
• 3. Aligning cross-functional teams on business processes, and also ensuring that the process team signed off on the requirements to guarantee full alignment across all stakeholders.

• Led Salesforce CPQ implementation for Rubrik’s new product launch, including product rules, price rules, guided selling, and quote processes.
• Developed quote calculator plugin, templates, and asset tagging, supporting contract creation, renewal, and amendments.
• Contributed to Project Go Refresh, upgrading assets to Rubrik Generation 2, and modified Professional Services processes to align with new selling strategies.

• Developed SOAP-based integrations for Account, Contact, and Opportunity creation in SFDC.
• Implemented a streamlined Free Trial registration process for SMBs, reducing the registration time to under 1 minute.
