Implemented 100% green energy. 100% Fossil Fuel-Free Laundry. Diesel consumption becomes zero from 600 KL/year. Reduced CO2 emissions by 8,500 MT annually. FPL costs were reduced by 150 lakhs annually. Completed major renovations and upgradation projects include the installation of 2x2500 KVA transformers and HT panels, the upgradation of fire and safety systems of the hotel, the replacement of old iron pipes with CPVC, the installation of heat pumps, the optimization and automation of the HVAC system, the revamping of the STP, and the utilization of treated water for CT and WC flushing to reduce fresh water consumption by 300 KL per day. Renovation of guest rooms, restaurants, chambers, swimming pool, etc.

• Operation and maintenance of a 280-year-old luxury palace hotel. Opening of a new, in-house designed rooftop restaurant. Rebuilt a 170-year-old Gangor boat with local expertise. Constructed a new spa boat.

• Operation and maintenance of an international island resort property. In-house restoration and refurbishment of 63 lagoon and beach villas after the tsunami.

• Improved efficiency of plants and machinery by implementing new technologies. Implemented TPM of guest rooms and machineries. Installed HT Substation and constructed new swimming pool at Jaisalmer
