- Maintaining the management & alarm/node count of 12000+ nodes to reduce MTTR<120 & making it easy for troubleshooting during major outages
- Tracking MW fluctuations/DCN/critical alarms on daily basis & rectifying the deviations in communication with CODE/FO Team
- Troubleshooting & rerouting as per Tx fault
- Monitoring and support for OFC related Outages
