  • Currently head the Pricing function for BPS Global Business Line in Wipro and lead team of ~15 Pricing Analysts, Sr. Analysts, Lead Analysts, and Managers responsible for all commercials for the GBL
  • The team supports a business volume of ~1.5 Bn $ across all verticals, practices, sub-practices and Business units in the GBL.
  • Responsible for and owner of cost card for effort, FTEs, assets etc. for different geographies, service lines and sub-practices to be used for all commercials for the practice.
  • Pricing of deals and preparation of commercial proposals for client submissions & RFP/RFI responses for all BPO/KPO Opportunities in Wipro.
  • Work with the business teams in structuring and strategizing commercials for new business pursuits.
  • Critically evaluate solutions for financial efficiency and identify financial risks & optimization scope.
  • Own the Deal Structuring process- building financial models with all necessary cost, to ensure profitability.
