  • Responsible for achieving output for two units with respect to service, Process & product quality, efficient utilization of raw materials, utilities, manpower and all resources, and ensuring safety, compliance to statutory regulation and management systems.
  • Preparing OAAP for the deviation management Process & time bound systematic addresser of deviation from the standard/recipe pertaining process &product quality.
  • Prepare budget for manufacturing expenses and control the expenses within sanctioned budget. Prepare Cost Savings CER & capital expenditure proposals for infrastructure improvement, capacity expansion etc.
  • Achieved & controlled RM/PM/FG variances within tolerance limit to maximize the product yield at minimal cost.
