  • In my current role at Mahindra Lifespaces, I am a part of the Sales Leadership Team and primarily own Channel business of Pune region
  • I have been instrumental in Setting up a robust distribution network in Pune & ROM
  • I have successfully launched 5 phases in 4 new projects and sold inventories worth booking value of over ₹1200 crores in last 4 years
  • I had this huge responsibility to recruit, train and guide the entire sourcing team on how the Channel business works
  • Establishing a vertical was not so easy it also calls for designing and implementing SOP’s, Policies, systems, and Processes to safeguard the interest of our business partners and the company
  • Further, we got the opportunity to showcase our strong distribution network when we launched Mahindra Happinest Tathawade project, we saw a mammoth growth of ~ 430% in Walk in active CPs at the time of launch which now went up to ~ 1700% till the mid of FY 23-24
  • During 2nd Wave of Covid, we did our first online CP meet for Happinest tathawade project, it was a massive success, wherein, we witnessed 2800+ views for the event
  • In FY 22-23, we had the most remarkable soft Launch of Mahindra Lifespaces, Mahindra Citadel project in PCMC
  • We sold 250+ units in the launch quarter, this we did without any marketing spend, we ended this launch with over 72% CP contribution, this reflects the power of our strong distribution network
  • Another Block buster success in FY ’25, We entered East Pune with the Launch of Mahindra Codename Crown, and it gave us stupendous success despite of multiple launches in the same vicinity, we did business of 280 cr within a couple of months, we saw participation of more than 250 CPs in this Launch
