• Introduced delay-based segmentation logic (0–30, 31–90, and 90+ DPD) in LMS to enable smarter collection workflows, improving recovery rates by 18% over two quarters.
• Owned roadmap for the borrower-facing digital portal; introduced features such as real-time limit utilization, loan account outstanding details with breakup, reports such as loan account statements, payables and interest statements. Revolutionizing Affordable Healthcare in India : Ayu Health is a Series B funded HealthTech Startup, aggregator of multi & super speciality Hospitals focused on helping patients discover surgeries nearby, lower their treatment costs with better patient experience.

• As an Associate Product Manager, I helped to scale the Doctor business vertical which is - enabling doctors to refer their patients and surgeons to perform surgeries within Ayu network of hospitals.
