Roles And Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review daily reports including Manager Flash, Daily Schedule (DSR), Quality Management System (QMS), Transit Transfers, Guest Arrivals and Departures, NPS figures for Month-to-date and Year-to-date, Reservation Traces, VIP arrivals, and Airline Crew Log.
  • Take over responsibilities from previous shift personnel, including managing petty cash vouchers, IOUs, paid outs, guest-related queries, and handling cash and forex handovers.
  • Manage VIP check-in procedures and prepare airline operations crew voucher sheets.
  • Oversee check-in and checkout processes, forex currency exchange, and follow-up with guests on check-outs.
  • Handle pre-authorization on guest arrival and release on departure.
  • Manage board line operations and fulfill guest requests such as Do Not Disturb (DND), Wake-Up Calls, and room status changes.
  • Update registration cards and guest information in Opera Software, reconcile EDC machine batches with Excel sheets, and prepare BTC.
  • Maintain updated notes in Gem (Guest Experience Management) on the Hyatt Connect portal.
  • Update Medallia tracker sheet with new parameters and simultaneously update profile notes in Opera.
  • Generate Certified forms (C-forms) for foreign nationals and submit them to the Foreign Regional Registration Office (FRRO) of the Government of India.
  • Check and rectify C-form discrepancies, and complete departure entries for foreign nationals.
  • Making PM's, Rate Variance, Night Auditing
