• Developed Flex 500 PM with WW Stuttgart support and its Beta testing has been completed in India successfully.
• Supporting WW Fort Collins on the revisions of the Vertex that includes the revision of the GAP logic on the latest ASCE core and GUI modifications as required.
• Development and completed successful FAT for the Flex500 platform based ITCC for WW Singapore for their project, Air Compressor 101J Petrokemia, Indonesia. This included the adaption of new ASCE core and 505 XT core along with their GUI combined in Flex500 DR. The application has been developed in keeping all the configurable essence intact for 505XT and Vertex control and can be used for the other ITCC applications as well.
• Providing engineering support to WW Australia for their first Vertex based Compressor control and later commissioning.
• Developed HMI on Allen Bradley FTView SCADA for 505XT for Woodward India project and commissioned successful.
• Developed Governing application which exchange data as well from EasyGen and based load input can be provided from GUI. Export/Import logic were prepared in accordance to the India, Electricity Grid Control guidelines.
• Timely providing the project deliverables which include development of the Designing of the Panel, GAP applications and its HMI development and conducting of the FAT for Generator as well as Compressor Applications.
• Key speaker in seminar organized by WW India education industries leader about WW products.
• Provided technical presentation to the leading OEMs in India like Siemens, Atlas Copco, Triveni, MAAN Turbo and Dresser Rand education on WW products like Flex 500 can play in providing better alternative to the PLC based or other competitor control.
• In context to the above point, developed and successfully application for Siemens on Flex 500 which include Governing control and the logic for their auxiliary motor and pump logics and 4 no. of closed loops. All the IOs where user configurable and developed toolkit for the application.
• Assisted sales teams in crafting compelling product demonstrations that showcased key features of custom-developed applications to prospective clients.
• Developed the Gap logic for the Retrofitted project to replace CCC and Woodward 505 controller with Woodward ITCC for Ammonia Compressor – 2 stages along with HMI – Rockwell -Factory Talk View.
• The project was commissioned successfully and has optimized the plant efficiency.

• Developed GAP logic and Successfully Retrofitted/Upgraded Flex 500 for Steam Turbine with Generator Application for running with load biasing signal from a LMS Woodward Panel along with Allen Bradley Factory Talk View Scada for 10 MW STG which was previously running on Woodward old 505 controller.
• Successfully commissioned 50+ sites for various Woodward standard and customized products like MicroNet TMR, MicroNet Plus, 5009 XT, Flex 500, 505D, 505 XT, Peak 150 CPC II etc.

• M/s Matix Fertilizer and Chemical Limited, West Bengal: - Developed the Gap logic for ITCC – CO2 project based on GE Speed control narrative as required by the customer. Previous Gap logic was provided by the GE and customer were facing many challenges, hence, identified the customer issues and developed the new GAP software as a solution of their problem along with HMI – Rockwell -Factory Talk View.
• · M/s Chambal Fertilizer and Chemical Limited, Kota: Successfully Commissioned/ Retrofitted Woodward ITCC on MicroNet Plus Redundant system platform in Ammonia II plant for total four number of Centrifugal Compressors (NG, Process Air, Syn Gas and Ammonia) which was previously using MAN GHH Borsig as Compressor Control and Woodward 505/505E as Speed Control. Prepared GA and CW, Gap logic, HMI on iFix 6.5 along with the conduction of the FAT and commissioning of all the four ITCC projects.
• · M/s Dangote Fertilizers Limited, Lagos: Application Engineering and Successfully completion FAT Train 1 and Train 2 each comprising of four number of centrifugal compressors – Process Air, Syn Gas, Ammonia Gas and COշ Gas

• To ensure the efficient working of all the Instruments and control system with minimum or zero breakdown in compliance to safety guidelines.
• The completion of the project in the stipulated time and ensuring all the quality compliances.
