Role & Responsibilities:-

⮚ Responsible for upkeep automation equipment 98.5% namely Roller, Belt, Spiral, Volume distribution . Flexible roller conveyors, Tote Lifters, LBHW Machines, Cartoon shredder machines and X-Ray machines. .MHE Maintenance & AMC Extension.

⮚ Preparation of weekly, monthly reports includes Equipment performance, Breakdown RCA, Spares Management, PM compliance, AOP (Planned vs Actual).

⮚ Tracking daily breakdowns and implementing preventive maintenance programs to improve the efficiency of the system or the equipment undergoing maintenance.

⮚ Responsible for maintaining state compliance documents related to weighing scales and X-ray machines.

⮚ Imparting training to enhance the skill level of subordinates.

⮚ Vendor management and follow up till the work completion ⮚ Performing project analysis and preparing project schedules plan of action to ensure timelines.

⮚ Responsible for commissioning automation projects right from the beginning from validation.

⮚ Identifying continuous scope of improvement through implementation of Kaizen modifications of logic as per requirement.

⮚ Strengthening work safety culture via weekly Gamba walk, quarterly training to executives, yearly risk assessments along with Environment Health & Safety Team.

Developed and implemented a preventative maintenance program that reduced unscheduled maintenance by 50%

Decreased maintenance costs by 30% through preventive maintenance and refurbishing the parts.

• Developed and implemented a predictive maintenance program that reduced maintenance costs by 20%and services.

Role & Responsibility:-

⮚ Coordinating with the maintenance of facilities, building, and equipment. Functionality and resolves warehouse maintenance and usage problems.

⮚ To coordinate with vendors for service includes generator units, UPS, HVAC, Fire fighting system and materials handling equipment such as Battery Operated Pallet Truck, Slackers, and VRC.

⮚ Maintaining log sheet manually & online of all technical equipment.

⮚ Raising online complaints , feedback tickets on behalf of client employees and working towards solving the tickets or issues within stipulated time period.

⮚ Helping FM team in giving technical inputs required for daily, weekly , monthly reports.

⮚ Daily preparing an Energy consumption report.

⮚ Tracking PPM schedule with the help of MST supervisor and completing it within specified times pan.

⮚ Daily walk around along with the supervisor to check working all technical equipment.

⮚ Seek necessary permits for general work, work at height hot work permit as per company policy.

⮚ Following yearly PPM calendar and monitoring earth pits reports with seniors & vendors, LUX and Noise level reports, Thermographs reports and N-E Voltage report.

⮚ Maintaining Asset tracker, Battery Tracker and AMC tracker up to date.

⮚ Having knowledge of soft services.
