• Responsible for Electronic monitoring and surveillance of Pan India facilities from Security Network operations Centre (SNOC) of Jio Infocom, Reliance corporate park office, Mumbai.
• Implementing procedures and processes for Security Network Operations Centre (SNOC), Jio and ensure documentation as per QMS Guidelines. (E.g. Process of auditing automation system (IACS/VSS/portal) installed at sites).
• Managed key functions of SNOC like Incident Management, Alarm Management, Video Management, Access Management and Integration Desk.
• Successfully integrated 20000+ CCTV cameras, 130000+ Access devices, 3000+ Biometric attendance devices and 5000+ Intrusion & Fire sensors with enterprise security applications like iVMS, PIAM. Also ensured 99% uptime of all security devices installed a Jio facilities across PAN India.
• Provided support to sites in investigation as part of Fraud and risk management.
• Event Management such as Jio Launch, Safety campaigns, etc.

Security Officer - Reliance Refinery, Jamnagar (Gujarat) :

• Responsible for Shift operations of J3 project sites at Reliance refinery.
• Crisis Management - Handled labor unrest, traffic incidents and work site incidents against people.
• Develop checks for security operations like route patrolling, visits, and daily ground level functions.
• Prep talks (toolbox talks) to update team on security procedures, work instructions and SOP’s.
• Conduct on-board training of staff for steady state operations and projects.
