• Development of new vendors in order to source materials, which meet company’s standard in terms of cost effectiveness, credit period and quality.
• Procuring BOP Parts of cooler and semi-automatic washing machine.
• Importing the spares of washing machine from China.
• Rejection settlement with the supplier

• Purchase order creation and follow up.
• Handling Import from Country China/Singapore/Korea/Japan/Belgium.
• Liaison with Finance department for timely payment of bills & handling vendor inquiries.

• Following P2P cycle.

• Raw Material & Consumable planning as per customer order.

• Vendor Management for quickly availability of spares and other industrial Components and follow up with vendors for timely delivery.

• Responsible for documentation and inspection of RITES for Indian Railway parts.
