Project: Microsoft Business Tools

I have been a part of one of Microsoft's biggest internal tool launches, Dynamics for Consumer and DFM, and I have educated several Microsoft partners to utilize the components.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and investigate technical issues encountered by users while using internal tools of Microsoft to identify the root cause analysis (RCA).
• Testing, identifying and reporting bugs during migration of tools in Production, Preproduction and Training Environment.
• Develop & Run Azure Data Explorer query to fetch logs and SQL Queries (SSMS) to retrieve incident & internal tool’s information from database.
• Configure users, business units, teams and queues in Dynamics for Consumer, Dynamics for Microsoft and Omni-channel in different environments using D365 and Power Apps.
• Auditing incidents to ensure there is no knowledge gap and developing strategies to reduce any gap within the team.
• Educating my team members on the extending scope of Microsoft internal tools track and training all incoming junior tech specialists.
