• Hands-on experience on Next gen firewall Palo Alto and Sophos XG.
• Responsible for providing technical assistance on firewalls on P1,P2,P3 severity issues.
• Worked on VPN, NAT, IPS, Web policy, Captive portal, Application Filter, SSL/TLS inspection, Firewall rules, Wireshark etc.
• Work on multiple severity issues and calls, driving them towards resolution by troubleshooting accordingly.
• Experience in providing support on Network down scenarios/escalated calls.

• Maintenance and creation of policies and the associated content and message filters along with all the scanning engines, e.g.- Antispam, Antivirus, AMP, VOF etc.
• Provide On call support to the customers.
• Experienced on the Email related issues for the Iron Port on-premise, virtual and cloud devices.
• As an EPIC engineer for ESA CISCO TAC, provided the best effort support with workarounds/resolutions.
• Maintaining regular tickets SLA and Regular case touch with timely follow-ups on the pending cases and maintaining the case quality.
• Worked with TALOS to troubleshoot and resolve the issues, related to FP/FN and SBRS.
• Good knowledge working with TLS, SSL, certificates.
• Worked on the escalated issues and escalating the issues within time following appropriate escalation matrix.

• Worked on 2 different different projects – PNB and EPFO.
• Providing support to branch offices on Palo Alto, routers and switches.

• Handle the network of EPFO and Punjab National Bank, Fetching and analyzing daily performance report using TIVOLI tool.
• ISP Vendor coordination regarding ILL and MPLS connectivity (BSNL & RailTel).

• Responsible for UP West network of Bharati Airtel, providing connectivity to four data centers across UP and Uttarakhand.
• Create RFC & PCR for change at network end.
• Performing activities like Link Redundancy, Device Redundancy.
