- Preparing Manpower budget plans
- Developed and prepared various recruitment related reports (MIS) /dashboard to effectively assess and review the hiring performances.

- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Designing, developing & implementing HR policies which includes but not limited to policies such as Code of Conduct, Policy, POSH Policy, Grievance Redressal Policy, Respectful Workplace Policy, Promotion Policy, PIP policy etc.

- Managing monthly payroll and salary pay outs.

- Effectively handling and resolving employee grievances to bring down the attrition rate.
Performance Management System (PMS)
- Establishing Goal setting framework for entire organization.
- Managing appraisal process across the levels and establishing framework for substantiating performance system
- Steering initiatives for identifying and assessing high potential & performing talents within the organization through built-in assessment process and thereby taking initiatives to retain the best talent.
- Hands on experience of designing the processes of employee performance management and defining related organizational policies
