- Prepared plant energy-consumption schedules aligned to production equipment operating cycles in coordination with the zonal Energy Cell; maintained IRIS/IMS/EnMS audit documentation; and managed Non-Stock Demand procurement, incoming material inspection, and bill-passing on the IREPS portal.
- Prepared technical specifications and sourced supplier quotations via GeM Portal and IREPS for equipment/spares procurement; raised and tracked Non-Stock Demands on UDM portal, ensuring timely completion with the purchase department.
- Supported the In-Charge SSE on reliability and capacity-upgrade proposals for aging/undersized equipment; led staff safety training, 5S workplace initiatives, and Energy Audit/Certification data coordination.
