• Custom GL Mapping Fix, Collaborated with the tech team to trace failed charge entries due to unmapped office accounts in GL Subhead.
• Double debit occurred during the suspense process, The existing script logic failed to prevent it, so additional validations based on the COBIA script were suggested to effectively handle and prevent double debits.

I’ve always enjoyed connecting technology with real business needs, especially in banking and financial services. During my degree in Electronic Commerce, I was actively involved in the E-Commerce Club, where I helped organize workshops on digital innovation, startup ideas, and how fintech is changing traditional banking.

I also joined the Banking & Financial Services Society and worked on small projects that explored how digital payments and core banking systems actually work in practice.

Beyond academics, I volunteered with a Tech Literacy Program where I helped fellow students, especially those without a tech background, understand basic digital skills and how these apply in banking today. Helps me understand both the technical and business sides of digital banking solutions.

I’m proud of combining these experiences because they’ve given me a practical understanding of how banking operations, digital products, and customer experience all come together, and that’s something I’m excited to keep building on in my career.
