  • Visit 1 - Oct 13 to 12 Nov 2023 - Relationship building, stake holder management. Had cross functional team meetings and got data requirements from sales and marketing and ops team. Discussed the team structures and delivery efficiency and convinced the client to create separate team for regulatory reporting and also increased the RaaS team size to 7 from 4. Also discussions were made to create a separate project team inside data team.

  • Reconciliation between multiple system - Customer address data was incorrect which was resulting in 8$ loss per transaction/invoice or any type of communication sent to customer. This was reconciled and rectified.
  • MIMO Overlap Project, Implemented measures to prevent overlap between re-energization and de-energization activities at various sites, successfully achieving the objective of eliminating duplicate efforts. This proactive approach not only saved costs but also ensured a seamless experience for recently joined customers, preventing any inconvenience or dissatisfaction.
  • Project Excalibur - SMS Process Set up, Implemented a system to send SMS notifications to customers upon the acknowledgment and completion of their service orders.
  • Simply Here to Help, Established an automated communication process to inform customers on active payment plans about their eligibility for an initiative, while also delivering credits based on predefined criteria. This initiative largely motivated customers to make timely installment payments.
  • Commission Paid vs. Billable Account, Conducted a comprehensive analysis of sales data and customer account information, identifying instances where the client paid commissions for sales that were not billable. By recognizing these discrepancies, valuable cost savings were achieved by avoiding commission payments for unsuccessful sales.
  • Life Support Monitoring Dashboard, Conducted an analysis to determine the customers utilizing life support services and their current life support status. Developed interactive dashboard to effectively track and monitor the accounts of life support customers throughout the entire lifecycle, from registration to de-registration.
  • SIMCO, Collaborated as a member of a team engaged in the creation of automated Salesforce integration jobs using Talend ETL. Tasked with managing CRM processes, specifically focused on generating cases in Salesforce via API, empowering agents to promptly take necessary actions.
  • Customer Winback, Identified customers who had switched to other service providers within the past five years and compiled their pertinent data, including address, contact details, previous offers, previous tenure, and reasons for cancellation.   • Delayed Bill RPA, Set up an RPA to issue bills automatically when the bill was delayed.
  • Vrewards Points Process Improvement, Showcased proactive problem-solving skills by identifying issues within the existing process of awarding offer points to customers. Effectively addressed and resolved these issues, resulting in a reduction in customer churn and mitigating the potential for ombudsman complaints.
  • NSW Best Offer Letters, Effectively executed a comprehensive end-to-end project focused on issuing best offer letters to customers in New South Wales (NSW). The objective was to encourage customers to switch to more favorable offers.
