As a technical consultant, My role is to lead the offshore team and deliver & develop solution using power platform and as well as to interact with customers to understand business requirements & estimate the efforts required. Currently working on Customer Service module to automate service helpdesk process and also created custom model driven apps. I have done integrations such as Power Apps with Oracle database using scheduled jobs, webservice with power automate, SSIS integration with SAP. Have done configurations using ribbon customization, workflows, record creation rule, routing rule & business process flow. Created scheduled reports using SSRS & Power BI. Have actively involved in doing the deployments during weekend. Have managed user's access using security role, business unit,custom teams & access team templates. Extended the functionalities using custom plugin, custom actions.

In this role, I have not only been successful in delivering solutions but improved efficiency & productivity. Carried out day-to-day duties accurately and efficiently. Demonstrated respect, friendliness and willingness to help wherever needed. Worked with customers to understand needs and provide excellent service. Worked on all client-side validations using JavaScript, jQuery, HTML/CSS & Created custom grids & custom dialogs. Embedded canvas app on model driven app, created canvas apps with power BI integration & flows. Participated in continuous improvement by generating suggestions, engaging in problem-solving activities to support teamwork.

My responsibilities at sensiple to single handedly manage project as Techno-functional consultant and automate sales & marketing process based on Budget, Authority, Need, and Timeline. Have done all customizations and configurations using Dynamics 365 customer engagment.Improved productivity through consistent hard work and dedication. Have done mailbox configurations & enabled Dynamics 365 outlook for users. Increased customer satisfaction by resolving issues.

In this organization, I started my career as MS CRM developer and learned continuously to utilize my skills to develop applications. Troubleshot incidents reported by end-users & identified permanent solutions. Communicated and explained business requirements to team members to understand and implement functional demands. Integrated Dynamics 365 with Azure App Insight to monitor CRM application .Worked on developing CRM application to the health care provider & airlines.
