· Overall accountable for the success of all out – door events.
· Collaborates with the Head, Auto in establishing and recommending the most realistic sales goals for the company.
· Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s product range.
· Assists sales personnel in establishing personal contact and rapport with top decision-makers.
· Performs sales activities on key accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with the Head - Auto.
· Manages day to day activities and development of sales staff.
